Financing the Seine-Scheldt Project

The Seine-Scheldt project is a European-scale project. The development of such a unique transport infrastructure system will require the combination of various sources of financing.
Seine-Scheldt will be in a position to mobilise public and, very soon, private funding through innovative schemes such as public-private partnerships (PPP). The Project is also eligible for community funding as one of the priority projects of the EU Programme for Trans-European Transport Networks (TEN-T).
